Lose parents, aquire superpowers.

So my brother and I just had a conversation about superheroes, and his question was this: “Are there any marvel superheroes that DON’T have dead parents?  Even like…batman and superman, dc heroes. Do any of them have alive parents?”


WE had a REALLY hard time with this one, mainly because we don’t know too much about superheroes. (Thor excluded because his family is made of…fucking immortal gods so they don’t count)

But seriously!  What superhero out there STILL has living parents?

how was high school for you? (im assuming you're either in college or done)

HIgh School was iffy. I wasn’t very popular, I was that tall kid in the trench coat everyone thought would go on a shooting spree. Not many friends, fairly isolated. Most days were spent just waiting for the next day to begin.  Sure I had a girlfriend or two, but as is obvious now, they didn’t work out.  Overall, High School was rough for me, but I got by.

I think you may have the wrong impression of me.  I’m not a goon doing silly stuff like this at random. I may be a funny, silly person, but I’m at least somewhat dignified.  I mean a 6’4” white guy who looks like Doctor Who dancing to a Japanese song about…god I don’t even know what, but it’s all happy and cheery? Yeah, not for me.

I’m more of a Mambo #5 guy, or “BRAINS!” by Voltaire. (Look it up, it’s catchy and dancy.)
